I needed a more simple strategy that could fit into my busy schedule. 

I knew that my sweet tooth was the biggest culprit in my diet, so it only made sense to start there.

My Story

For as long as I can remember, I have had a sweet tooth.

I never thought it was that big of a deal until I started tracking my food in an effort to eat healthier.  I didn’t like the fact that I noticed I wanted a little something sweet after every meal. When it came to ice cream, cookies, chocolate, and other treats, I thought I had been living by the rule of moderation, but became aware that my definition of moderation included a lot more sugar than I wanted in my diet.  Even if it was a healthier, ‘clean’ sugar at times in the form of homemade snacks, it was all still too much, and was sabotaging my healthy eating and weight loss goals. I was tired of my weight going up and down and my clothes not fitting from one season to the next. I felt like I was putting in so much time at the gym and my clothes were still too tight. I knew that sugar was the biggest culprit in my diet.

That’s when I decided to do something about it…
