Who I Am

Hi, my name is Karen, and I am a certified coach.

I am a wife, a mom of 3, and a woman on a mission. My goal is to help busy moms like you make your health and wellness a priority while taking care of your families. I offer a simple, effective, scientifically proven strategy to go after the biggest culprits in your diet first, and make doable changes that last. It worked for me, and it can work for you.

It begins with getting control over your cravings to eat unhealthy foods.

What I Do

I help women decondition their desire for sugar and other problem foods. My program will teach you how to get control over your cravings and show you how to find strength in the weak moments, to resist the temptation to eat junk food, and to ultimately gain total authority over food.  

Conquering cravings is hard.
I know because I did it myself.

Why I Do This

Saying no to sweets was always a challenge for me. I didn’t like the feeling that I had to satisfy my sweet tooth once it reared its ugly head.  At the time, I didn’t view it as having control over me, but that it was just normal and that I simply had to satisfy it so that I could move on with my day. This of course, over time, led to gaining extra pounds. 

It became clear to me that these cravings were always sabotaging my weight loss goals and were the reason I wasn’t sticking to my diet and causing me to fall off the wagon, again and again. 

Year after year, I fell into various eating habits eating sweets, exchanging one for another, some healthier than others, until finally I learned how to OUTSMART MY CRAVINGS. I found out that I could retrain my brain to decondition my desire for the craving. Even better, I could still enjoy treats on occasion when I chose to, and not let it lead to overindulging and regret.

There is nothing wrong with you, your brain has simply been conditioned to desire these foods. The good news is that I can show you how to reverse it.

I love working with busy moms because I know what it is like. We don’t have a lot of time for detailed tracking of our food, or putting in overtime at the gym. If we aren’t careful, it is easy to let weight loss feel like a full-time job. I want to debunk that belief and prove that weight loss can be simple.

We work together to change your mindset around food and get control over your cravings. Once we can get the cravings to calm down, we can continue to make sustainable improvements to your diet and, over time, reach your target healthy weight where you feel your best.
