We meet over Zoom once per week, at the time of your choice. You can also download the free Zoom app to your phone, so that we can meet virtually anywhere. Any quiet place will do, even in your car. We will use this time for crafting your individual success plan and breaking down any personal barriers. You will have online access 24/7 to videos to learn the methodology and tools that lead to long term results.
No, I am not a nutritionist. I am a certified weight loss coach and have been trained to help you understand the reasons we fall into bad habits and how to change them. You will get to choose the foods for your protocol based on your likes and dislikes. We will work together to meet you where you are and make improvements.
Hey, I totally get that there will be times that you need to reschedule. My online calendar makes it easy to reschedule. Just pick a new time and there are no cancellation fees. We will make sure that you get all 6 coaching sessions, they do not expire.
I accept payments through Paypal, Venmo, or Stripe. You don’t have to have your own account, and you can pay with a credit card. You will be sent a link after signing up.
Results will be specific to each individual based on the level of change they are ready to make. This isn’t about a quick fix, it’s about focusing on small sustainable changes to ensure long term results. However, by addressing the unhealthiest habits first, the chance is greater to see movement on the scale.
